Customer Service Administrator
Location: Near Kidderminster
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour
Contract: 12-week temp to perm
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly, office-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term employment within a stable business, with full training provided.
The role will involve:
Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Providing a high level of customer service
Using computer systems to manage information and day-to-day tasks
Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced office environment
The ideal candidate will:
Be a confident and friendly people person
Have good computer skills
Demonstrate a professional and polite telephone manner
Be willing to learn and develop
Be flexible and able to cope well under pressure
Be looking for a long-term role
Live locally to Kidderminster, Stourport or Bewdley
Have their own transport (advantageous, due to out-of-town location)
