Description
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
Assist with the preparation of documents for meetings and presentations.
Maintain accurate records and files for easy access and retrieval.
Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
A proven track record as an Executive assistant within the FMCG/Retail sector.
Support to Senior Leadership/ C-suite executives.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
