Customer Care Coordinator – New Homes / Construction
Hertford
Up to £35,000 + Benefits.
Currently working with a Main Contractor who specialise in Property Services and Aftercare of New Home projects in and around London. Based in their Hertfordshire Office, you will be working Mon – Fri with agile working hours. You will have previous customer services / customer care experience having worked for either a House Builder / Contractor or Local Authority.
You will be responsible for:
Liaising with tenants and or homeowners to discuss works that have been completed within their property. Either over the phone or via email / queries inbox.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Liaising with Tradespersons / Site Staff to raise jobs on the internal system and closing down jobs once they have been completed.
You will have attention to detail and be able to prioritise workloads.
Scheduling Tradespersons diaries.
About you:
Competent user of Microsoft and IT literate
Good communication skills; written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
Attention to detail
Have previous customer service skills having worked in the Construction / Property Industry
