We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join a well-established civil engineering contractor. This is a varied role supporting both operational and training functions within a busy construction environment.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, ensuring a professional and efficient response

Process weekly payroll, including accurate management of timesheets

Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date

Process and track certifications and qualifications for staff and clients
-
Take and prepare meeting minutes, ensuring clear and accurate documentation

Maintain high administrative standards across all duties
Requirements
-
Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within construction or civil engineering

Experience processing payroll and handling timesheets

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
-
Awareness of health & safety practices (Fire Marshal training advantageous)

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
