Assembly Operatives - Production
Location: Chadderton, OL9
Salary: £13.15 per hour
Hours: 38 hours per week | Rotating Shift Pattern
Shifts & Breaks:
We are currently recruiting for various roles, including Assembly Operatives, to join a busy and growing production site based in Chadderton. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and prior experience in a production or machine operating environment.
Responsibilities:

Operate a range of production machinery, including cutting, heat seaming, perforating, slitting, and stitching equipment.

Pack, label, and store finished goods safely and accurately.

Input production data and produce labels using computer systems.

Inspect and quality-check products, isolating any non-conforming items.

Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas in line with Health & Safety policies.

Communicate effectively with other departments and shift teams.

Follow company processes and report any hazards or faults immediately.
Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in a busy production or manufacturing environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Excellent attention to detail and timekeeping.

Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
