Shifts: Sunday - Thursday (Night Shift)
Option 1: 9:30pm - 4:30am
Option 2: 10:10pm - 5:30amPay Rate: £16.90 per hour
Industry: Manufacturing / Production (no glass experience required)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Night Shift Production Operative to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing site in the HU2 area. This is a hands‑on labouring role combined with FLT Counterbalance operation, ideal for someone reliable, physically fit, and experienced working nights in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting night‑shift production operations across the factory
Manual labour duties including moving, handling, and stacking materials
Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks to load, unload, and move stock
Feeding production lines and removing finished goods
Working safely to meet nightly production targets
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Following all site procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times
Essential Requirements (Must Have)
✅ Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Experience in a labouring, production, or warehouse environment
✅ Ability to carry out physical work and manual handling
✅ Reliability and commitment to night shift work
✅ Strong awareness of health & safety
Desirable
Previous manufacturing or factory experience
Experience working nights
