We’re looking for an experienced Finance Operations Assistant to join our fast‑paced, friendly finance team. If you’ve worked in AP, AR or Cashiering and want a role with variety, ownership and impact, this is for you.
What you’ll do

Process AP invoices, credit notes and payment runs

Handle vendor queries and complete AP reconciliations

Allocate customer payments and manage Direct Debits

Produce statements and support credit control
-
Post and reconcile daily cash book transactions

Process refunds and weekly expenses
-
Support the wider admin team when needed
What you’ll bring
-
Experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
-
Strong AP and/or Cashiering knowledge
-
Confident with ERP/accounting systems and Excel
-
High accuracy, organisation and a proactive mindset
-
Clear communication and ability to work under pressure
