The Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for:
Invoice processing
Daily monitoring of the invoices mailbox
Check through all invoices
Query resolution
Reviewing disputed invoices
Prepare and update the weekly payment proposals
Allocate all payments
Taking incoming calls
Liaise with suppliers
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous Purchase ledger experience
Team player and a good attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative
