We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading employer across Cirencester looking for an administrator to join and support the company in their peak period.
You will support a range of departments across the business ensuring deadlines are met from an administrative perspective. This role will include customer engagement and inter-departmental communications.
These roles play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the operations by providing effective, organised and reliable administrative assistance to the teams.
Overview of the role:
Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 17:00pm
Early finish Friday
Initial 10 week contract with the possibility to be extended
37 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to departmental teams
Managing data entry, records and documentation with a high level of accuracy
Preparing reports, files and correspondence
Supporting scheduling, meetings and general coordination activities
Assisting with internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business
The ideal candidate will:
Proven exposure within a likeminded role
Microsoft office proficient including excel
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, committed, and professional
A strong team player with good communication skills
Positive, proactive, and motivated in their approach to work
Proven exposure working across a range of CRM’s logging customer updates
