Hours: 25 hours per week - Term Time Only (8:30am - 1:30pm)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the school site. This role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house operations.
You will be responsible for:
Managing reception and telephone duties
Greeting and assisting visitors
Handling deliveries
Supporting the wider administration team with day-to-day tasks
Managing meeting room bookings
Maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area
Ensuring all safeguarding and security procedures are followed
General administrative duties

✔ A good level of literacy and numeracy - 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
