Our client, a well-established and customer-focused organisation based in Farnham, is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Job type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Farnham
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour (temporary)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Start date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Processing orders, updates, and customer requests on internal systems
- Maintaining and updating customer records with a high level of accuracy
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Managing customer expectations and delivering a high standard of service
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
