Temporary Customer Service Executive
Location: Hook
Pay Rate: £12.71ph
In this role you will be responsible for managing incoming customer enquiries with a strong focus on order retention, cancellation retention, and return retention. You will be guiding customers through their finance application, responding to all pre‑delivery enquiries and offering clear, reassuring information.
Main Duties
Answer customer messages and calls (text, email, phone)
Help customers with their orders and fix problems quickly
Guide customers through things like finance applications
Answer questions before their vehicle is delivered
Explain things clearly so customers feel confident and don’t get confused
Be friendly and helpful so customers have a good experience
Help with part-exchange questions (trading in old cars)
Deal with finance questions or changes
Check vehicle history and details
Help sort out finance agreements if they need to be cancelled or changed
Explain extra products/services that might help them
Use different computer systems to manage customer info and applications
Check documents carefully and make sure everything is correct
