Peace Recruitment are working with our client, a provider of student accommodation services to source a Night Shift Customer Service Assistant. We are looking for a Night Owl to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for their student residents overnight. You’ll be the main point of contact during the night, handling enquiries, supporting residents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver front-of-house customer service overnight

Respond to enquiries (in person, phone, email)

Support resident safety, welfare, and wellbeing

Handle incidents calmly and follow procedures

Maintain logs and update systems
-
Assist with bookings, admin, and basic maintenance reporting

Help keep communal areas clean and ready for use
What We’re Looking For

Customer service experience (hospitality preferred)

Strong communication and organisation skills

Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude

IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Flexible, reliable, and team-focused

Additional languages are a bonus
