A leading recruitment firm is advertising confidentially on behalf of its client for an experienced Customer Validation & Master Data Representative to join a busy supply chain support team on an 8-month fixed-term basis.

The role
Working onsite in Sandwich, you will support customer account and supply management by validating, maintaining and revalidating customer master data. You’ll ensure customers are appropriately authorised, data is accurate, and service levels are consistently met.
Key responsibilities

Validate new customer accounts and amendments in SAP in line with SOPs

Liaise with customers to obtain missing or updated account information

Manage and resolve internal and external queries efficiently

Carry out periodic customer revalidations and updates

Perform licence and authorisation checks in line with GDP requirements

Track licence changes and follow up during grace periods

Monitor and resolve data interface issues with service partners

Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and mailbox management
What we’re looking for

GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
-
Proven customer service experience handling complex queries (B2B preferred)

Strong IT skills; SAP experience advantageous

Highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise under pressure

Confident communicator with sound judgement and attention to detail
