About the Role
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting customers throughout their aftersales journey. You will be the friendly and professional voice on the phone, helping to resolve enquiries, manage requests, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, providing clear, helpful, and professional support.
Manage customer support tickets including fault reports, replacement queries, warranty registrations, and general enquiries.
Raise refund requests where appropriate, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal processes.
Monitor and respond to enquiries within the Aftersales Outlook inbox in a timely and professional manner.What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-based role.
Communication Skills: Confident and friendly when dealing with a wide range of customers.
Problem-Solving Ability: A logical and practical approach to resolving customer issues effectively.
IT Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Positive Attitude: An approachable, upbeat personality with a good sense of humour.
Team Player: Able to work collaboratively and remain calm under pressure.
