Hygiene Operative – Late Shift
Location: Exeter
Hours: Monday–Friday, 15:00–23:30 (42.5 hours per week)
Pay: £13.66 per hour + overtime at time & a half
Start Date: Immediate starts available
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
A busy food production facility in Exeter is looking for reliable KP/ Hygiene Operatives to join their late‑shift team. This role is primarily based in the washroom and hygiene areas, with additional work supporting the production line when required.

Role Duties
Working in the washroom, washing up trays, utensils, and equipment
Cleaning down production areas at the end of shift
Using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
General KP and hygiene duties across the site
Supporting the production line when required
Handling ingredients and packing products
Recording cleaning checks and basic paperwork
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and hardworking individuals
Previous KP, hygiene, or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Willingness to follow strict hygiene and food safety procedures
Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
Good attention to detail
