Our client is a well-established refrigeration and air conditioning company looking for an Apprentice Engineer to join their growing team. If you have the drive to learn, this apprenticeship offers structured training and a clear pathway to becoming a qualified Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Study towards NVQ level 2 and 3 in refrigeration and air conditioning with F-Gas certification.

Learn to diagnose refrigeration and air conditioning system problems using diagnostic software and specialist hand tools.

Attend customer sites for planned preventative maintenance, emergency breakdowns, warranty work and system commissioning.

Support senior technicians and learn industry best practice through mentoring and on-the-job training.
Who They’re Looking For:

Positive mindset with genuine enthusiasm to learn.

Ability to diagnose problems analytically and solve technical issues methodically.

Proficiency using MS Office Suite, diagnostic software and mobile apps.

Either holding appropriate skilled-based certificates or actively studying towards NVQ level 2 and 3 with F-Gas.

Willingness to undertake planned standby and call-out cover (weekdays, weekends and bank holidays) once NVQ level 2 and 3 with F-Gas are achieved.

Valid UK driving licence and confirmed right to work status in the UK.
