We're looking for a systems-orientated Administrator to join our client in Southampton on a 6-month fixed term contract.
You'll be supporting with the implementation and transition of a new computer system, where you'll have a broad range of duties including:-
Checking and testing of the data inputted vs system output.
Data migration.
Perform defined data quality and control checks.
Parallel comparisons against legacy systems.
Input into user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
Ensure data quality issues are identified and resolved.
Identify, track, challenge, and escalate data trends.
Resolve anomalies.
Contribute to and maintain process documentation.We're looking for someone who enjoys working with systems, has high attention to detail and a good knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, look‑ups and reconciliation techniques.
Any experience in the below points would be useful, but not essential:
Web‑based operational and data platforms, including system navigation, data interrogation, and validation.
Proficiency in web‑based ticket and workflow tools (e.g. Jira or equivalent),
Capability to execute SQL queries and data extracts for reconciliation, validation, and investigation purposes.Location:
