Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (fully office based)

Are you highly organised, detail driven and enjoy being at the heart of a fast moving professional team? We're recruiting on behalf of a longstanding organisation looking to add an Administrator to their growing team.
This is a varied, hands on role where no two days are the same. You'll be a key coordinator, ensuring work runs smoothly from start to finish, documentation is produced to a high standard and deadlines are consistently met.

What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the central point of contact for enquiries and updates
Coordinating and monitoring progress from initial request through to completion
Ensuring all documentation is accurate, professionally presented and issued on time
Producing draft reports from professional notes, proofreading, formatting and finalising documents
Proactively managing deadlines and resolving issues before they become problems
Maintaining databases, systems and document storage with a strong focus on accuracy
Supporting reporting, performance tracking and internal KPIs
Organising meetings, agendas and follow up actions
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience in an administrative role essential
Experience producing formal documents and working with databases
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems
