Fish Factory Production Operative
We are recruiting reliable Production Operatives to join our busy fish processing team. This is physically active, fast-paced work on a production line. Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
Pay & Hours
Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shift patterns: Variety of shifts, 8-12 hour shifts, Monday-Friday
Overtime may be available depending on operational needs
Key Duties
Working on fast-paced production lines
Packing, weighing and labelling finished products
Sealing and final product checking for quality and presentation
General manual labour tasks to support production
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene standards

Environment & Physical Requirements
This role operates in a cold and wet environment typical of fish production. You must dress suitably for these conditions (warm, waterproof layers are recommended). PPE will be provided.
The role involves standing for long periods, manual handling and repetitive tasks. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required.

Production experience advantageous but not essential
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team
