Fully site-based role (no hybrid or remote working)As a Pre-Production Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the production team by ensuring accurate information flow and documentation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and maintaining pre-production documentation
Inputting and managing data using internal systems and Microsoft Excel
Liaising with production and planning teams to ensure schedules are accurate
Gathering information directly from the production floor when required
Supporting stock, materials, and production planning processes
Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
Assisting with general administrative duties within the departmentWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an administration role within manufacturing or production is highly desirable
Confident using Microsoft Excel (essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and confidence liaising with different departments
Comfortable working both in an office setting and visiting the production floor when requiredIdeal for Candidates Based In
