We are representing a leading manufacturing company that supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, they are sourcing a dynamic and motivated individual to jointheir Automation & Monitoring team.
Your role will involve, but not limited to, assisting the department with all administrative duties, communicating with customers and suppliers, processing orders in the CRM system, logistic queries and after sales activities.
Duties include

Communicating with customers and colleagues by email and telephone

Support the department with all administrative duties, including order processing in our CRM

Checking in-stock items and availability
-
Chasing suppliers for ordered items
-
Dealing with logistic queries
-
Responding to non-technical customer enquiries
-
Updating systems and databases
-
Responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner
-
Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

Maintain company procedures and suggesting improvements where possible

Be flexible to the requirements of the business

Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.

Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time
Education:

BTEC Business Administration, or similar - Desirable

Excellent keyboard skills - Essential
