Job Title: Sales Processor & Administrator
Location: Crewe, CW3
Salary: £27,000 + Benefits
The Company
Due to continued success, we are seeking a Sales Processor & Administrator for a Manufacturing compant, to support our sales function and ensure the smooth processing of orders and client accounts.
The Role
This is a varied and detail-oriented position where you will play a key role in supporting the sales team. You’ll be responsible for processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers from point of sale through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately process sales orders and input data into internal systems

Liaise with the sales team to ensure all documentation is complete and correct

Manage customer records and update CRM systems

Handle customer queries via phone and email in a professional manner

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services

Produce reports, invoices, and general administrative documentation

Monitor order progress and resolve any issues efficiently

Provide general administrative support to the wider team
About You

Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role

Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
