Office Administrator (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term 6 Months)
We are currently looking for a reliable and flexible Office Administrator to join our client on a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week), based at their Avonmouth offices. This is a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover with an immediate start available.
The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support within a small team.
Key skills & requirements:

Office IT experience

Comfortable answering incoming phone calls

Confident replying to emails and general correspondence

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience with Xero or Sage beneficial (full training provided)
This is a Monday to Friday role with flexible start and finish times. Due to the location and limited public transport, a driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
Pay rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour.
