Administrator – Leeds

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and growing property maintenance company based in Leeds, specialising in the plumbing sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with tradespeople, with a strong focus on plumbing professionals
Managing and updating CRM systems (Joblogic experience highly desirable)
Raising invoices and proactively chasing outstanding payments
Booking appointments and efficiently organising diaries
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Key Requirements:
Previous experience working with trades, ideally within plumbing or property maintenance
Familiarity with Joblogic or a similar CRM system
Experience in invoicing and credit control
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
