We work with a wide range of manufacturers, providing storage and distribution services to full and short-line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries, and hospitals.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our Warehouse team and are seeking a Goods In Operative to join us.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products, ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy
- Receive, check, and store goods in line with GDP regulations
- Learn and adhere to all relevant SOPs following training, ensuring full compliance with operational procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service through accurate picking, packing, and dispatch
- Work safely and in accordance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Carry out routine stock checks
- Use scanners to read and process barcodes
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain cleanroom standards
- Undertake any other duties as required by the Warehouse Manager
Person Specification
- Counterbalance forklift licence – Preferred
- A willingness to learn all aspects of warehouse operations
- High level of accuracy, numeracy, and literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate and confident using technology
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Punctual, organised, and hardworking
