Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a SEN Administrator to join Leeds City Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the SENSAP team throughout the statutory assessment process

Manage referrals and support case progression in line with statutory deadlines

Maintain and update records using the Synergy Suite system

Respond to queries via shared inboxes in a timely and professional manner

Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience using databases or case management systems

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
