Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Witham
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Sunday, 1 day at the weekend. Earlys and Lates
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a dynamic fast-moving logistics and supply chain enterprise based in Witham. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for someone with experience in a warehouse and logistics environment who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a well-established organisation.
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor:
Manage the yard, drivers, and vehicles to suit the daily requirements of the business.
Scanning inbound/outbound freight
Support with weekly audits and compliance checks.
To supervise a team of warehouse operators.
Supervise, Report and Investigate any damage to mechanical resources immediately to the Warehouse Management team.
Daily briefing to team on workload/tasks
The ideal Warehouse Supervisor:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
Previous People Management Experience
A positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues and other departments.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and work in a cost-efficient manner.
