About the Role
Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Forfar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands‑on factory or production experience who is looking for long‑term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing products for packing and distribution
Labelling, bottling and packaging products to company standards
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Always following health & safety procedures
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targetsWhat we are looking for
Previous Production or Factory experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good level of physical fitness - role involves standing, lifting and manual handling
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
