Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing Administrator to support the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong social media skills who can confidently manage content, engage audiences, and help drive brand awareness across multiple channels.
You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing operations run smoothly while contributing ideas and executing campaigns that reflect the company’s brand and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns

Coordinate marketing materials, schedules, and internal communications

Maintain and update marketing calendars and campaign trackers

Support the creation of marketing reports and performance analysis
Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers

Track and report on social media performance metrics and suggest improvements
Content Creation

Develop creative content including posts, captions, basic graphics, and short-form video

Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s tone, voice, and branding

Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and marketing updates
Administrative Duties

Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems

Liaise with external suppliers, agencies, and partners where required

Support event coordination, promotions, and internal marketing initiatives

Ensure all marketing materials are up to date and accessible
Skills & Experience
Essential:

Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
