Executive Assistant to the CEO & Senior Leadership Team
North Cambridgeshire | £35,000 – £40,000 + extensive Benefits Package
Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments where precision and discretion matter? Are you someone who enjoys being at the heart of senior decision-making, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.
We’re partnering with an innovative pharmaceutical / bioscience organisation at the forefront of scientific advancement. As Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting leaders who are driving cutting-edge research and delivering meaningful impact in global healthcare.
This is far more than traditional diary management; you’ll be a true partner to the business.
You’ll act as a trusted right (or left!) hand, coordinating complex schedules, managing sensitive communications, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring priorities are executed efficiently across the leadership team, with your main focus being the CEO.
You’ll also act as a key liaison across internal teams and external partners, helping to keep communication clear, organised, and aligned in a highly regulated and detail-driven environment.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a complex environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs
• Discreet, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive information
• Experienced in an EA / PA role, ideally within pharma, biotech, or a similarly regulated sector. However, this is not mandatory & we would absolutely consider excellent EA’s outside of this area!
In return, you’ll join a purpose-driven organisation making a real difference in people’s lives.
You’ll gain exposure to strategic decision-making, work alongside passionate experts, and play a key role in supporting a business at the cutting edge of science and innovation.
If you’re looking for a role where your organisational skills and judgement truly matter, we’d love to hear from you
