The Role

Managing customer enquiries, policy changes, and renewals

Providing a high level of service across inbound calls and queries

Ensuring accuracy and compliance within a regulated environment
What We’re Looking For

Experience within insurance OR a professional customer service environment

A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
