We are recruiting for a proactive Lettings Administrator to join our clients small friendly team in central Bath.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate property maintenance and contractor appointments
Act as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords
Support tenancy processes, including renewals, rent reviews, and notices
Assist with property inspections such as move-ins and check-outs
Ensure compliance with current property legislation and safety requirements
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Provide general administrative support to the wider teamSkills and Experience:
Previous administration experience within an office environment essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional and confident telephone manner
High level of attention to detail
Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Full UK driving licence required
This position is Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 5:30 pm and is fully office-based.
