Shift Pattern (rotating every 4 weeks)
AM: 6:00am - 2:00pm
PM: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00amThis role offers variety, routine, and the chance to grow your skills across different departments.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in the production process, including:
Operating machinery safely and efficiently
Checking products to make sure they meet quality standards
Completing simple paperwork
Reporting issues to Team Leaders
Keeping your workspace clean and organised
Following all Health & Safety procedures
Supporting continuous improvement across the line
What We're Looking For
You don't need tons of experience-just the right attitude!
Experience in production/manufacturing is great (but not essential)
Able to work rotating shifts
Good attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
