Production Operative with Pivot Steer (Bendi / Flexi / Articulated) FLT
Contract Type: Temporary - Assignment scheduled from 20th April 2026 to the end of August 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
(Includes 2 × 15-minute paid breaks and 30 minutes unpaid lunch)
Rate of Pay: £13.90 per hour

Purpose of the Role
As a Warehouse and Production Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered to the highest standards. Your experience operating a Pivot Steer (Bendi/Flexi) FLT will be essential in keeping operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Safely operate a Pivot Steer / Bendi / Flexi / articulated Forklift Truck as required
Accurately complete paperwork to record materials used
Work collaboratively with your team to maintain consistent productivity throughout the day
Be hands-on with the production and packing of wax candles and reed diffusers
Follow all PPE requirements and health & safety guidelines
Promote 5S principles and maintain excellent housekeeping standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures while undertaking varied production and warehouse duties
Personal Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A valid Pivot Steer (Bendi / Flexi / articulated FLT) licence - essential
Strong numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail
A self-motivated and organised approach to work
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
A positive, team-oriented attitude
A commitment to continuous improvement and process simplification
