We’re looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our client’s team on a temporary contract until the end of June. You will coordinate and allocate work to tradespeople, ensuring efficient scheduling, high service levels, and minimal travel. This is an immediate start role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Allocating work to tradespeople within set timeframes
✔️ Monitoring tradespeople’s availability and locations to resource work efficiently
✔️ Promoting and maximising first-time fix
✔️ Monitoring and reporting service delivery issues to senior service controllers
✔️ Managing, moving, and rescheduling jobs to meet service levels and minimise travel
✔️ Producing client reports
✔️ Managing appointments and the appointment system
👷 What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call centre or retail)
• Ability to engage people and build strong working relationships with trades, colleagues, clients, and managers
💼 Desirable:
• Previous experience in Planning, Customer Service, or Call Centre roles
• Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance
