After School Club Assistant
Location - Oakington, Cambridge
Salary- £14.24-£16.50 per hour depending on experienced and qualification.
Hours - 3 hours day 5 days a week
Contract Long term, Temporary.
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a professional and committed after school club Assistant to support primary aged children across the Oakington, Cambridge area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified childcare professional with a passion for supporting children's development in a structured, safe and engaging after school environment.
Key responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging after school club activities for children aged 5-1.
Ensure a safe, inclusive and well manged environment at all times.
Support children Social, Emotional and Development needs.
Work in accordance with the EYFS framework and safeguarding Policies
Provide effective support for pupils with special education needs.
Build and maintain professional relationships with staff, parents and careers.
Requirement for the Ater School Club Assistant role
Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
Experienced working with children aged 5-11 years
Strong knowledge on the EYFS framework
Experience supporting children with SEN needs.
Excellent communication and people skills
Reliable, Punctual and professions approach.
