Job Title: Roadside Civil Operative
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Roadside Civil Operative to join our growing team.
Job Description:
This is a site-based role involving a variety of roadside civil works, with a strong focus on signage. We are looking for a reliable all-rounder who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and willing to get involved in all aspects of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and maintenance of road signage
General civil and groundwork duties
Assisting with traffic management
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Supporting the wider team on-siteRequirements:
Previous experience in roadside or civil works (essential)
CSCS card (preferred)
NRSWA qualification (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence
Strong work ethic and a hands-on approach
