Job Role: Packing Operative
Hours: Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.00pm on rotations

gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and is hiring 2x Packaging Operatives to work in a food production environment, supporting the packing and preparation of ingredient products. The role involves operating packing equipment, completing quality checks, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
The job role:
Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packing of ingredients
Pack, label, and palletise products in line with production schedules and specifications
Carry out visual and weight quality checks to ensure products meet Kerry quality standards
Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP procedures at all times
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Report equipment faults, product issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
Adhere to health & safety policies and company procedures
Support team members to meet daily production targets
The Candidate:
Punctual and good time management
Manufacturing experience beneficial
Attention to details
Driving licence essential
Ability to communicate well
