The role involves weighing and mixing ingredient batches, operating mixing equipment, completing quality checks, and maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
The job role:
Weigh, measure, and prepare raw ingredients according to recipes and production plans
Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently
Follow batch sheets and standard operating procedures to ensure product consistency
Carry out quality checks during mixing to meet food safety and quality standards
Record production data accurately, including ingredient usage and batch details
Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and GMP
Clean mixing equipment and work areas between batches
Adhere to all health & safety and food safety regulations
Support production targets by working effectively as part of a team
The Candidate:
Punctual and good time management
Manufacturing experience beneficial
Attention to details
Driving licence essential
Ability to communicate well
