SEN Learning Support Assistant – Lewisham

An all-through SEN School in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN LSA to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. Experience working in an SEN Setting is preferred, but not essential.
Role Overview:

Support throughout the year groups with their learning

Supporting students with ASD

Provide 1:1 and small group support

Implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)

Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
-
Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
Requirements:

Patient, calm, and proactive approach

Passion for supporting children with SEN
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
SEN/ASD experience desirable but not essential
