Role: Residential Conveyancing Assistant/ Secretary

Salary: Up to £29,000
I am working with an award-winning law firm based in Liverpool, holding a positive reputation in the market and client-focused approach. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Assistant to join their busy and well-structured conveyancing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support fee earners in a fast-paced environment, assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling client queries and providing regular updates
Supporting the onboarding process, including opening new files
Carrying out AML checks in line with compliance procedures
Undertaking Land Registry searches and checks
Preparing and managing conveyancing documentation
Providing general administrative support to the team
Closing and archiving files accurately
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within conveyancing, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
In return, the firm offers a salary of up to £29,000, alongside a supportive working environment including 1 day working from home once you are settled within the role.
