Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant - All Levels Considered
Location: Wirral
Salary: £24- £27,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Office-based, with flexibility to work from home by arrangement
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of an established, forward-thinking law firm with a structured Property team. They are looking to hire a Conveyancing Assistant and are open to candidates at all levels of experience - from those just starting out in conveyancing to those with significant experience. The role and responsibilities will be tailored to your skills and experience, so there's real opportunity to grow within the team.
You'll be joining a small, collaborative team alongside a Senior Conveyancer and a Conveyancer, providing the perfect environment to develop your career while contributing from day one.
Role Overview
This is a varied role supporting residential property transactions. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
Handling administrative tasks such as opening files, processing memoranda of sale, and obtaining Land Registry documents
Preparing contract packs and completion packs
Coordinating completion days and managing client communications
Assisting with pre-contract enquiries and exchange of contracts
Reviewing searches, mortgage offers, and source of funds documentation
Undertaking title checks and running files from start to finish under supervision
