Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Youth Justice Team for London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of children and young people subject to youth justice interventions, including statutory court orders.
- Completing comprehensive assessments such as AssetPlus to inform risk management and intervention planning.
- Delivering targeted interventions to reduce offending behaviour and support rehabilitation.
- Working within a multi-agency framework alongside police, courts, education, and health services.
- Safeguarding children and young people, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively.
- Preparing high-quality reports for court and representing the service at hearings.

Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings in line with statutory requirements.

£37.52 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
- Experience within Youth Justice / YOT services
- Social Work England Registration

Strong knowledge of youth justice legislation and safeguarding frameworks
