HR Administrator
This role is a great springboard for someone looking to take the next step into an HR advisory career and you will be supported and encouraged to take CIPD level 5.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE AND YOU WILL NEED TO BE WITHIN A REASONABLE COMMUTE OF WARRINGTON.
Working as part of a shared services HR team across MBA’s two UK sites (London Warrington), the HR Administrator will support:

The day‑to‑day HR function with a strong emphasis on administration, data accuracy, process coordination, and first‑line HR support.

Be the first point of contact, building relationships with managers and supporting them in any employee-related matters are core parts of the role.

Confident with administrative processes, highly organised, and eager to develop into a broader HR advisory position.

You will work closely with the HR team and managers to ensure smooth HR operations, particularly across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle administration.

There will be occasional travel to the London office
Who You Are
You’re a confident, people‑focused HR professional who loves variety and brings solutions, not just processes. Ideally you have:

An experienced HR administrator

CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)

A solid understanding recruitment best practice and HR admin

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning

A positive, flexible, can‑do approach
