This is not a traditional production line role. Instead of an automated conveyor environment, each production stage has its own designated workstation where operatives can focus on individual tasks while still collaborating with the wider team.

About the Role
This position is for a Production Operative supporting the company's ongoing growth. They are looking for someone available to start immediately, ideally with previous production experience and the ability to hit the ground running.
You'll be trained across all areas of the production process and assigned to a station for each shift, rotating to different sections on different days. Some tasks may be repetitive, but the company ensures a comfortable setup - many tasks can be performed seated, with chairs provided at most stations, so you won't be on your feet for the full shift.
What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assisting in the production line to ensure smooth operations, including:Handloading components, Labelling products, Tinning and Packing finished goods
Quality checking products to meet high standards
Maintaining a clean and organized work area

A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (as location is not accessible via public transport)
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not essential
