The Company you will be working for;
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will include providing administrative support across the whole business, giving you the opportunity to gain great experience within a varied role. The Role you will be doing;

Despatch Paperwork ( Del Notes, CofC, Bar Codes)
-
Courier booking and paperwork
-
Stock counts
-
Invoices
-
Spreadsheets
-
Packing requitements such as; labelling, sealing etc.

Ad hoc administrative duties across the business.

You must be able to work Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
About you;
-
Strong administration skills is essential
-
Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Must be able to prioritise workload.

Competent in using Microsoft Office 365.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

Excellent organisational Skills
