We're on the lookout for a Customer Technologist who knows their way around fresh produce and isn't afraid to get stuck into the detail. This is a role where you'll be right at the heart of the action-linking customers, growers, and internal teams to keep standards high and products even higher.
What you'll be doing:
Be the go-to technical contact for a key retail customer
Turn data into insight - analysing KPIs & spotting trends
Use QMS systems to drive continuous improvement
Own complaints reporting & recommend real solutions
Support artwork & label approvals
Get out on-site with grower visits
Keep customer specs accurate and audit-ready
Collaborate across Technical, Commercial, NPD & Supply Chain
Play your part in customer business plans & projects What we're looking for:
A sharp eye for detail & strong analytical skills
Confident communicator who builds relationships easily
Logical thinker who can make decisions under pressure
Proactive mindset - you don't wait to be told
Experience in horticulture, fresh produce, or food
Someone ready to step up when needed and support the wider teamThe details:
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
