About the Role
We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support an active project team in Aberdeen. This is a 6‑month contract offering hybrid working, with a minimum of three days per week based in the office.
You will play a key role in providing administrative, financial, and coordination support to Project Managers while acting as a client-facing representative where required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast‑paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a client-facing representative, aligning regularly on delivery and commercial matters.
Provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to Project Managers.
Monitor work in progress and track activities against service orders.
Prepare customer invoices with Project Managers and support financial reporting.
Assist with customer quotations and spare-part delivery progress.
Manage SAP tasks, purchase orders, and project documentation.
Compile and issue project and customer reports within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery milestones and deadlines.
Opportunity to act as a nominated Project Manager for small internal or external projects.
What You Need to Qualify
Previous experience as a Project Administrator (highly desirable).
Experience within the Oil & Gas industry or a project delivery environment (preferred).
Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
Ability to manage documentation, financial data, logistics, and systems such as SAP and ARIBA.
Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous.
Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
