The Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping complex projects on track? We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Aberdeen team for a 6-month period. You will act as a vital link between our Project Managers, internal stakeholders, and global clients, ensuring our energy projects are delivered with precision and commercial excellence.
This is more than just an admin role; it’s an opportunity to take ownership of small-scale projects and bridge the gap between logistics, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Client Liaison: Act as a client-facing representative, aligning regularly on delivery and commercial matters.

Project Support: Provide essential administrative, financial, and logistical support to Project Managers.

Financial Management: Prepare invoices, support financial reporting, and monitor work-in-progress against service orders.

System Management: Handle SAP tasks, manage purchase orders, and maintain meticulous project documentation.

Supply Chain Coordination: Assist in preparing customer quotations and ensuring the smooth progress of spare-part deliveries.

Reporting: Compile and issue timely project and customer reports to maintain transparency.

Growth Opportunity: Act as a nominated Project Manager for small internal or external projects as required.
What You Need to Qualify
To hit the ground running, we are looking for candidates who bring:

Experience: Previous background as a Project Administrator (highly desirable) within the Oil & Gas or wider Energy industry.

Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with SAP and ARIBA is essential; exposure to Salesforce is a significant advantage.

Organisational Flair: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle documentation, financial data, and logistics.
